Management company
Creation
The management company, PMT, S.L., was set up on 18 January 2001 with a majority stake held by UPC and additional stakes held by the Regional Council of Baix Llobregat, the Autonomous Government of Catalonia and Castelldefels City Council.
PMT, S.L. carries out the following activities in accordance with the corporate purpose set out in its articles of association:
Promotion of R&D activities
Control over the technical aspects of building construction, infrastructures and fixtures
Supervision and control of property management
Management of general services
