The PMT in figures
The Mediterranean Technology Park is located in the municipality of Castelldefels (in the Baix Llobregat region) and covers a total area of 28 hectares with 202,000 square metres of land available for construction.

The total land available for construction has been divided as follows. 55,000 m2 of land are currently occupied by 8 buildings:

Over the next 5 years, 45,000 m2 of building land will be used for new buildings:
- The REDIT building: 10,000 m2
- University Halls of Residence: 6,000 m2
- New schools: 6,000 m2
- New research centres: 24,000 m2
